When you place an order to purchase items using our website, this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We will confirm receipt of your order by contacting you on your phone or mobile number and sending you an Email or SMS summarizing the details of your order, postal address, and available quantity of each item (“Order Confirmation Email or SMS”). The contract between you and us is formed at the point when you reconfirm the order and send the order reconfirmation Email or SMS in respect of those items mentioned in your Email or SMS.
The customer using the website who is a minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

All delivery times are estimates only. Some products may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our Customer Care and Service Centre will contact you with expected delivery days and time upon receipt of your order.
Some products may take longer due to shortages from the manufacturers. Our call center will inform you of this upon receipt of the order.
The customer must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.
Product Availability
At Zebjama, we carry stock holdings of products at our Distribution Centre to ensure speedy delivery of your ordered items. However, under certain circumstances, if a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed accordingly.
Prices
Products are invoiced in USD. Delivery is charged additionally. Please refer to Delivery Information on this site for details.
Although we strive to ensure all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order for the incorrectly priced item will be treated as canceled.
Prices displayed on the website apply to online purchases only and do not reflect prices in physical stores. We reserve the right to update website prices anytime. Updated prices cannot be applied to previously confirmed or delivered orders.
Changes in Price and Availability
Zebjama may change the price of any item on the site at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. Zebjama will not issue refunds if a price decreases after the customer has made a purchase. Zebjama does not guarantee stock availability of any item. Inventory is subject to change without notice.
What Do I Need to Know When Receiving My Order?
Upon receiving your merchandise, please inspect it carefully for contents and condition.
All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Zebjama immediately.
If your package arrives damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Zebjama. We will investigate and may authorize a refund or replacement if the claim is valid.
All packaging MUST be retained until the issue is resolved. Please DO NOT damage or discard the manufacturer’s packaging.
Payment
Credit Card Payments are accepted at our checkout.
Delivery
If multiple products are ordered for the same address, they may be dispatched separately. We do not guarantee that all items will arrive on the same day.
We make every effort to dispatch items on time. If we are unable to deliver within our usual timeframe, we will inform you via your registered Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
For most items, the estimated delivery time is 30–35 working days. In rare cases, this may extend to 30–40 days depending on product and location. In all cases, we will communicate the estimated delivery time within 2–5 working days of order placement.
If applicable, cancellation fees will be deducted before issuing a refund.
If items are not delivered within the estimated period mentioned in your Order Confirmation, please contact our Customer Care Department with your Order Number.
Delivery occurs when the items reach the delivery address provided. After delivery, all responsibility for damage or loss passes to you. Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.
